To protect the copper lineset from the elements and wear, we installed a cover over the lineset. This not only provides a neat appearance but also extends the lifecycle of the components. Safety is always our priority, so we also installed a new disconnect box close to the unit. This ensures that Linh can quickly shut down the air conditioning system in case of an emergency.
Before completing the job, we made sure to clean and flush the copper lineset with RX-11. This important step ensures that the refrigerant flows efficiently and that the system operates at its best. Proper maintenance of the copper lineset can increase the efficiency of the entire air conditioning system, saving Linh money on energy costs in the long run.
